Tips before you go for hiking in unknown place
Saturday, May 15th, 2010
However there is some necessary things that we must need to take care of before going for hiking, this especially! when you are out to discover new place. you need some serious care in order to cope with any uncertain situation.
The fist thing you need to consider is the right time. yes! this is very important. for instance, It is not a wise decision to got out for hiking when the weather is too hot and the roads are very crowded. so always choose your outdoor hiking & adventure trips in months when the weather is balanced so that you can best enjoy your hiking experience.
To keep the pace of the hike, you must be in good physical condition and have some training. this is important in the cases when your destination is a hilltop or something similar. It is good to make a minimum of one hour walk per day during the three months prior to departure. From time to time, a full day of walking training. If you do not find the time to walk, go to work by bike. before you leave their must not be any trauma on your feet. on the other hand the walking boots used for walking must be perfectly suited to this activity. To do this it must have characteristics different from those sneakers. The foot must absorb well, do not slip and be semi-rigid so as not to torture the arch. The ankle should also be semi-rigid to allow the march in the stones without blocking the walk on level ground. The coating must protect effectively beaten in the stone, be waterproof and breathable.
By walking in the summer we realize the power of sunlight: the flasks heated water inside the bag, plastic objects become soft, so in these circumstances the skin of the arms, legs and face may be protected by sunscreen, that of the neck by a scarf. As for the head and ears, they need a good hat, wide brim, and light color. For eyes, take good sunglasses. If you start to experience headaches, dizziness or chills, sunshine begins. Stop yourself, protect yourself from the sun and heat, drink plenty of water and do not hesitate to warn another hiker. To a hiker two meals are very important: the breakfast and supper, which must be rich, complete and balanced. However lunch can be lighter. During walking (usually morning) eat some dried fruit or energy bars to regain strength and prevent health disorder.

How awesome is that? today i am going to review another beautiful place, this time i moved towards beaches.. that is Camiguin island, located near Philippines, at the northern coast of mindanao. actually this is the part of mindanao. which is tochching bohol sea.
Approaching this island requires air traveling or boating, air tickets are available mostly at cebu city. note that you can get the flights for camiguin from very few cities in misamis oriental province. some part of your journey will be through buses & wan, usually ferries leave balingoan to camiguin daily at a given time.

Preparation for a cruise trip.
Saturday, January 23rd, 2010
Travelling along the sea & big lakes is really fascinating. Most of the people prefer traveling by ships & private boats as compare to trains, air & roads. I believe this is the best option to avail if it is possible to
travel by water to your desired destination. So there are certain things you need to take care about. Especially in the case if you are newbie to cruising. The first mistake people made is to choose wrong ship for their travel as they are excited about the destination all the time before leaving. & most of the time they ignore the condition & services of their booked ship as the only intention of them is to reach the destination safely. For them ship is not the place not for excitement & fun but an ordinary way to travel. I believe they don’t taste the adventure & fun of cruise tips at yet as this is the experience & memories & of cruse line most people never forget in their life. Below are the tips you need to remember before booking a cruise ship.
Find the best cruise line in your budget; Make sure that the cabin is provided with all the facilities you are looking for, for instance gym, library, internet facility, bathtubs & private veranda. Specially In case you are out for a honey moon or some special business venture you must confirm these things from the cruising agency otherwise you will suffer.
Take a look at all traveling agencies in your locality & check their prices, do this exercise before a couple of months & find out attractive discounts at early booking. I believe research is always good. By doing this you can save up to 30% of your budget. You can use the saved money later at some exclusive services like a private helicopter & Car with driver.
Finish your daily business before traveling, things like paying your pending bills, cleaning your pets & kneel them, stopping your mails & newspapers, don’t forget to close all gas lines at the time of leaving.
Always pack light, don’t take excessive luggage as it would be a hassle, yes don’t forget to take your camera with extra batteries, necessary items for toiletries , bathing units & few of your favorite dresses. I recommend you to take a pair of slippers as stuff like this is very expensive to buy while cruising.
You can also book a separate dinner table right in the corner for more privacy, I most of the cases you can get it by just bribing the waiters on the floor, this is make your dinner more fabulous.
