Fining an affordable family vacation is not a difficult task; you need a little research & motivation. This is easily achieved if you follow these tips.

Find things close to home: Many people consider affordable family vacation without seeing there is something more beautiful nearer their hometown. Seriously! If you want to have affordable & lovely vacations, you do not need to go very far from thinking that you left your ordinary life. Find a place in your state that you have not done your holiday and have fun around that. This will save time and money driving or flying away. It can also be really happy to be near places where you can come back year after year for a family of fun and escape.

Choose housing carefully: When looking to stay to look beyond the cost. Find somewhere that is central to the areas where you go, it is reasonable options for food, and activities for children. One of the biggest money saver can be a place with a swimming pool for kids who love swimming. They can swim for hours, with the advantage of being free and burn restless energy. Some courses also have basketball, movies, walking trails and accessible. Another option to consider, which is quite heavy on the pocket is choosing a hotel for businessmen, with kitchen and common areas… & the best of the best option is camping if you & your companions could manage it easily; specially for joint family vacations, it’s a fun to do camping beside the lake or in the middle of woods, provided that the place is safe for camping. For food you can enjoy hunting if you are good at it, or take a couple of easy to cook food items with you & chill.

Go as a group: Having friends who are also looking for an affordable family vacation? Go in groups. A great way to do this is to rent a condo or a house and agree on who will pay for this option works best if you know friends or family that you go with, because there is nothing worse than being stuck on holiday in an uncomfortable situation. The advantage of this approach is that you might be able to afford to go somewhere that otherwise would not have been an option because of cost.

Search for packages: Affordable family vacations are often easier to plan with packages. You can find packages for things like transportation and local attractions. If you go to a big city where there are many museums and monuments, should be examined in a case where a price is paid for admission to a group of them. I love London, Yeah it’s my kind of town. I know that most people sound like me if you ask them about their opinion about choosing their favorite places to visit in holidays. One of the reasons for my affiliation & attachment with London is that I lived and worked here for more then 5 years and have seen everything come and go along the good and bad times.


There may be a lot of incidents that could sum up exactly what a rich history and modern, the city of London actually is. Unlike other major international cities, perhaps London may lack  the historic grandeur of the Parthenon in Athens or the Coliseum in Rome but through London, You may find one example of modern architecture as the mother of all parliaments, the Houses of Parliament in Westminster or the serenity of St Paul’s Cathedral a survivor of many centuries and in many ways just as impressive today as it was during its design under the architect Sir Christopher Wren. Yeah it’s a must see if you are planning to visit London.


If nothing else the building of St Paul’s Cathedral is a testament to  stay in London. The building itself had survived at the Great Fire of London in the 16th century, then four hundred years later the Blitz in the Second World War. Maybe it includes all the appeal of London, the historic blend of old and new architecture. The Tokyo emulation … 2

Today I decided to write about one of the great city in the world for its technological advancement. As you are all aware about the recent earthquake & tsunami that hit Japan, struck about 400km north-east of Tokyo on 11 March 2011. So this post is dedicated to people of Japan. So here is a little about my visit to Japan back in 2007, I really loved those 3 little weeks in Japan. I had not walked the streets with eyes wide open like that from India. Everything is incredible, colorful signs that cover close to 100% of the surfaces of walls in certain streets, -cool teenagers in parts of Tokyo or Osaka, too many “salary man” in suit and tie on the busy roads.

Beside, there is a lot calmer Japan in superb temples everywhere, because they do not mess with the order. Everyone must toe the line, follow the girls waiting to pay close attention to his physical appearance, not to speak too loudly, do not give an opinion whether it might be frowned upon. It is striking and somewhat damage I think.


Tokyo is the city that I’m most looking forward to since the beginning of this journey, and I’m really not disappointed. Everything is oversized, exaggerated, absolutely fascinating atmosphere. Neon on all fronts of buildings, the fluorescent clothes, urban madness in all its glory, Yeah, it’s just that. Second Tokyo culture shock, it seems that all life is directed toward consumption and leisure. There are supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants, game rooms at each corner. And people do not hesitate to kick it once out of work or classes. Suffice to say that the wallet is … expensive.

Other experience aside, the discovery of “Love Hotels” Imagine a hill dedicated to the pleasures of the flesh, where sex shops and original rooms (romantic, trash or futuristic) form a sort of Pigalle in the Japanese. Fun, colorful, anything but murky. For cons, the room is about 35 € … 3 hours!

Akihabara, known as “Akiba”, or “The Electric Town”. A place for fans of electronic gadgets of all kinds, welcome to paradise. Video games, computers, manga villains, all kind of shops are concentrated on a few streets, with a few arcades – nay, building arcade.

Shinjuku Station area’s is busiest place in the world with more than 3 million users per day. At peak times, it’s really quite a show … Again, the neighborhood is a mix of luxury department stores, malls, glittering neon and video screens. Advertising is at its peak at this area.


What else? The district of Tokyo Bay! reminder that the city is well on the beach (not many beaches but a few artificial islands, which allow more time to gain ground on the sea failing to build in the mountains. Island of Obaida, where a small statue of liberty throne overlooking the bay, the view of Tokyo is quite impressive from this place.


The Museum Ryogoku Edo, the former name of Tokyo, which has many of the rebuilding cities over the centuries.


In this same neighborhood is the Ryogoku Kokugikan stadium which hosts sumo tournaments. It could not attend a game but we came across several of these strange characters in the streets surrounding the stadium.


Yes I must Hiroshima! The city itself is not very interesting as compare to Tokyo, but still it is amazing to see that much has been rebuilt in 60 years. After a short tram ride (one of the few cities in Japan to own one yet), here we are at the Genbaku Dome, nicknamed “the A-bomb dome, ground zero of the first atomic bomb. This is one of the only buildings to remain standing after the explosion; he was retained as such as a monument in memory of the tragedy. Ambiance.

Accommodation in Tokyo sometimes became a hassle, first, be aware that accommodation is very expensive in Japan. For those who lost the last train, with no place to sleep, and do not want to ruin their trip, there are several solutions rather original but not necessarily comfort:

Spending the night in “manga cafe. These are the local cafes. Small individual cabins with a good seat quite comfortable that we rent by the hour to surf the Internet, read books etc … And at night you can rent the cabin for 5 or 8 hours to snooze.


Much crazier! Spend the night at Mcdonald, Here most of McDonald are open 24/24. It is common to come, buying a small hamburger, and once swallowed, put his head on the table and fall asleep. The staff is accustomed to sleep and leaves. It is much cheaper but I am not sure we will make sweet dreams…


Third option, a little more reasonable but a bit more expensive, “capsule hotels”. These are hotels where we sleep in small “boxes” lined up and stacked. Each capsule is 2m long and 1m wide and 1m high. Gain a place at the Japanese. Within each capsule, a comfortable mattress, a radio, a lamp, and even a TV. Claustrophobic abstain. I really wanted to try that … and it was very funny! Hard to believe if we did not try, but there was more space than I imagined, it feels less confined than expected. In the end it’s a bit like a dormitory, except that is quiet in his corner.

The Judean Desert

A last look at Jerusalem and the West Bank now we cross to get to the Dead Sea. We are in the Judean Desert. Judean is a desert in Israel. I have had an adventure traveling experience to that place so today i thought to share it with you, The road is very busy, so we have plenty of time to admire the scenery, we stop to photograph them, treading down the earth of the desert full of history, to “sniff” the air coming emerges. A sign indicates the city of Ramallah on our left, we continue straight ahead, and after a last “checkpoint” the road is ours!

How strange it is quiet and relaxing time. I want to photograph everything, because even if you think everything looks good and everything is different. Each place in this desert is unique and belongs only to him. It is simply beautiful. I love its color and texture like my Regatta Clothing. We see nothing on the horizon, nothing but sand in the eye, small hills, dunes, sparse vegetation and yet this desert is alive.

Suddenly, in turn, a strange animal urges us to stop. It is a camel, but it’s not a camel, a camel finally sees it, it has two humps! the camel has one! Regardless, we go down and not offend the owner of the animal we take a little ride on the back of the gigantic camel. We take this opportunity to admire the scenery, we’re at sea level, and in a few moments we will begin a gentle descent over several kilometers. We go back and continue our drive way. There are not many people on this road, a dozen cars, no more… Some fuel pumps, one or two restaurants and that’s it.

The descent ends, on our way back there was town under Palestinian administration since the Oslo accords. I do not know, I saw the city by far but I am not gone, we advise against it, it’s dangerous or it must be done with a group of tourists. it will hopefully one day, At fifteen kilometers from Jericho is Qumran, we found the “Dead Sea Scrolls,” you can not miss it, it’s a must see, just before coming down to the Sea salt.

French cuisine, Whats so special?? 1

There is no doubt that france is also famous for its rich cuisine. The French have a love affair going with food. The cuisine of France is very varied with many regional differences based on production and gastronomy of each region. so here i would like to ask my readers how did they find french food if they ever happened to travel there. Culinary traditions that have been developed and perfected over the centuries have made French cuisine art. This is true even of the simplest peasant dishes, which require careful preparation and attention to detail. It is expected that even the simplest preparation be undertaken with the utmost care, which means excluding the amount of time.

Of course, the secret to success in French cuisine is not to develop techniques like the use of fresh ingredients that are produced locally and in season.French cuisine is not a monolith: it ranges from the olives and seafood (Yesh i am loving it ) A French meal might begin with a hot appetizer (or a lunch, a cold appetizer), followed by soup (my favourite ;) , main dish, salad, cheese and finally dessert.

The French are working with a strong sense that it is appropriate food and drinks for every occasion. We drink wine with the meal, but rarely without food. An aperitif (a light alcoholic beverage such as Lillet) precedes the meal and a digestif (something more dynamic – ie, cognac) may follow. This close relationship between food and wine may, in part, closely parallel a large kitchen and a large wine production. It is probably no coincidence that one of the best cuisine in France occurs in some of his finest wine regions. In Burgundy, Bordeaux, Provence, Touraine, and the wine is as common in the cooking process because it is in the glass. Memories of Punta Cana visit

It is well known, the holidays are always too short! we returned yesterday afternoon after 9am flight, completely out of step with the time difference but really relaxed and happy with our week increased to Punta Cana.

Didn’t not go to the Dominican Republic, you would be disappointed as there is virtually nothing to see except the beautiful beaches and a people of great kindness. But I, who had never set foot in the Caribbean, I really loved the sand, turquoise sea and coconut trees.

I admit, this year our holiday was more than primary: eating, beach, sleeping, I am almost ashamed, but what feels good sometimes arise in a place without running from right to left does not deal with the passing of time, just enjoy. The only excursion that we made is limited to a day on a desert island overrun with tourists paradise.

Here I stop, I doubt that the story in detail of my vacation interests you, especially for those who have unfortunately no opportunity to leave for such places.

As a pro tourism, I’m pretty demanding on it and this time there was really nothing wrong! Just make sure that you are done with your preparations before leaving, like Outdoor clothing, Camera & tents. I think I do not hesitate to book again one of their offers, we must also say that their newsletters are so attractive! As for the tour operator organizing this trip, Again, I strongly recommend, and no, I do not work for them :)

The freedom of outdoor tour via train..

I am in UK this winter, & my traveling temptation are not hurdling me to go for outdoor travel this weekend despite the heavy snow fall & cold outside the house. In the United Kingdom, the trains are notoriously unpunctual, overcrowded and often smelly. Yet, despite these factors, more and more passengers take to the rails.

Train travel is for leisure. To look at the window in the campaign. Travel To play Monopoly. To put the world to rights with a glass of tea. If you get time to spend a long time on a train and you see what I mean. In the United Kingdom, you can travel between London and Inverses without changing trains. Not bad going for a trip of 448 miles. In crossing the continent, you can buy a Euro-star ticket that connects 68 cities and towns in the United Kingdom, France, Belgium and beyond.

If you are in search of a winter trip in UK via train, here i am to give you some suggestions. some of the longest direct train journey are from London to Burg St Maurice, that is a wonderful plave to visit if want to enjoy snow & skiing. this is the end station of ski resorts in French Alps. In summer, you must try traveling via train for Perpignan that is situated near Spanish border in the south of France. But if it still does not what you look for, why not climb aboard the Trans-Siberian Express. Entitled the longest train journey in the world, the Trans-Siberian Express joins the Sea of Japan to the Kremlin in Russia, covering a staggering 6,135,000.

I must say, The state of trains in the United Kingdom are probably much better than in Russia & most of the other developed countries in Europe.
